Who are BAP?

BAP stands for: Business Action Plan. The Horsford Parish Council BAP Working Group consists of Councillors and residents. As a working group, the group has no decision making powers, however it can make recommendations to Horsford Parish Council, and research which projects would be of most benefit, including viability and costs.

What projects are BAP currently working on?

• A new crossing on Holt Road near to Mill Lane, to replace the Zebra Crossing, in consultation with Norfolk County Council Highways
• Horsford Neighbourhood Plan
